Discovery call (30 min)
Walk us through the workflows that are eating your team's time. We'll identify the highest-ROI automation target, the one that saves the most hours with the least complexity, and map out every tool and data source involved.

Build sprint (3 weeks)
We build the automation, connect all the pieces, and test against your real data. Regular progress updates. By week two, the automation is running in a staging environment. By week three, it's processing real work.

Launch + monitor
Automation goes live. We hand over the runbooks, show your team the monitoring, and watch everything for 30 days. When edge cases pop up (they always do), we handle them. Then extend if you want.

Questions you're probably asking
Why not just use Zapier or Make?
Those tools are great for simple stuff. If-this-then-that logic with a few steps. But they fall apart when you need custom data transformations, complex branching logic, error recovery, or anything that talks to an API they don't have a connector for. We build automations with code, which means no limits on what they can do and no per-task pricing that scales against you.
How do you decide what to automate first?
We look for the intersection of high frequency, low complexity, and high annoyance. The task someone on your team does 20 times a day and dreads is where we start. We work out the ROI together on the discovery call. Example: 15 hrs/week at $40/hr ≈ $31K/yr, about a 17-week payback.
What happens when something breaks?
Every automation we build has monitoring and alerting baked in. When something fails, the right person gets notified with context about what went wrong. The runbooks cover common failure modes and how to resolve them. For the first 30 days, we fix anything that goes sideways. After that, extend if you want.
Can you automate multiple workflows in three weeks?
Depends on complexity. For simple automations, we might knock out several. For complex multi-system workflows, one or two is more realistic. We'll be honest about scope on the discovery call. We'd rather deliver one automation that works perfectly than three that sort of work.
